The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), through the Government of Norway-funded project “Support to the Advancement of Comprehensive Disaster Management in the CDEMA Participating States”, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued. Payments by CDEMA will be made only upon approval by CDEMA and the Government of Norway, under the terms and conditions of the applicable Financing Agreement.
